Dow Jones Sales Coordinator (Part-time) in SINGAPORE, Singapore

Job Description:

You will own and support

  • Manage weekly reporting duties and identify key drivers of variances with commentary

  • Handle ad-hoc reporting, business analytics and forecasting assignments as required

  • Ensure all sales reports and data are compiled in an accurate way.

  • Develop and deliver analysis and insight to support decision-making process and share best practices

  • Prepare financial analysis reports for management review

  • Provide recommendation and evaluate business decisions with management on business development

  • Identify gaps between weekly forecast results and targets and provide recommendations to ensure financial goals are achieved

  • Communicate effectively with various internal stakeholders to ensure financial information is well cascaded to respective person in charge

About You

  • A degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any other related disciplines. Fresh graduates/ penultimate year students will also be considered.

  • 1-2 years’ working experience in accounting or administration related scope would be preferred

  • Proactive, hands-on and able to work autonomously while keen to communicate abundantly with other team members

  • Fluent in English

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience with Google Admin

  • Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines

  • Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills, self-initiated

  • Strong business acumen, analytical mind and problem solving skills

  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedule

  • Able to work 20 hours per work

  • Immediate availability preferred
