The Sales team is dedicated to selling the products that help shape key business decisions around the world. From banks to government agencies, investment funds, accounting firms and more, you’ll take pride in selling news information, data, services and tools to leading companies and individuals across the globe, plus post-sales support for basic to advanced users.
Lead all organizational design discussions and projects
Run weekly and monthly revenue forecasting with Finance
Lead development of FY 2021 advertising revenue and expense budget, including collaborating with counterparts in the business to align on strategic priorities and revenue expectations
Lead strategic projects under direction of CRO and/or CCO including sizing new revenue opportunities
Oversee Director of Sales Ops, which includes all revenue forecasting, Salesforce operations, salary planning, incentive plan design and commission management
Manage Director of New Business, responsible for building out the new prospecting sales function
Day-to-day team contact for operations support for the wider business, including the Finance, People and Legal teams
Plan weekly Advertising leadership team meeting
Team lead for client information and data requests from senior business leaders
Skills & Experience:
10+ years in publisher-side sales operations management experience required
Minimum 5 years experience managing people
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to define requirements and processes
Comfortable working with budgets and numbers
Excellent verbal and written skills
Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail oriented
