The Regional Sales Coordinator (RSC) will get to know the sales process as well as learn about our products, services and events for professionals. This role is to work closely with the sales team for C-Suite Membership, Corporate Membership and WSJ Pro handling administrative tasks enabling the Sales team to focus on selling. The RSC will work with the current processes in place within the teams and identify ways of improving for speed and efficiencies.
Analysis and Reporting
Compile regular and ad-hoc reports on account users and billing
Generate user or usage reporting for sales reps and clients
Collaborate with Billing /Collection teams to resolve billing and collection issues
Calculate and process credit and debit adjustments with the Accounts Receivable team
Submit Sales Orders / Jira tickets / Maintenance Cases according to specific billing requirements for new accounts, additional services, closed accounts, address and contact changes
Ensure contracts are fully executed.
Collect confirmation documents to verify customer orders, cancellations or changes
Electronically file contracts and sales orders
Update information in global CRM system
Work closely with the Billing team to ensure accuracy of detailed billing arrangement
Working directly with clients to resolve ongoing account issues including change requests and invoicing questions.
Submission of JIRA tickets for account maintenance and manual billing requests
Send invoice copies
Provide account snapshots
Pull User lists for accounts
Customer and Liaison
Act as liaison for new and existing customers through follow-up to ensure service levels and rates are applied
Assist in making manual adjustments and process
Ensuring prospect leads are distributed to Sales Reps within 24 hours
Qualifications / Requirements:
Detail oriented and self-motivated
Well organized with the ability to prioritize
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of CRM system, , Ciboodle, PLS,
