The role of this individual is to support the sales team in the post sales process, ensuring clients are properly processed and invoiced once the subscription has been agreed. It is also this individuals responsibility to ensure payments of invoices are collected in a timely fashion in line with our T’s and C’s.
Reporting into the Head of Subscriptions, this individual will be the direct link between the subscription sales team and finance, responsible for reporting on currently outstanding debt and ensuring all clients receive accurate invoices so they can be paid in a timely fashion.
Fundamentals of the role:
Confirmations of orders
Verifying details on the CMS against the signed contracts
Using the Peoplesoft system
Amending invoices where necessary
Tracking / reporting on invoiced accounts
Chasing up payment in line with our terms and ensuring we don’t have too much “bad debt” (exceeding 30+ days)
Providing correct documentation to clients as and when needed e.g. W9 forms.
