You will own and support
Manage weekly reporting duties and identify key drivers of variances with commentary
Handle ad-hoc reporting, business analytics and forecasting assignments as required
Ensure all sales reports and data are compiled in an accurate way.
Develop and deliver analysis and insight to support decision-making process and share best practices
Prepare financial analysis reports for management review
Provide recommendation and evaluate business decisions with management on business development
Identify gaps between weekly forecast results and targets and provide recommendations to ensure financial goals are achieved
Communicate effectively with various internal stakeholders to ensure financial information is well cascaded to respective person in charge
A degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any other related disciplines. Fresh graduates/ penultimate year students will also be considered.
1-2 years’ working experience in accounting or administration related scope would be preferred
Proactive, hands-on and able to work autonomously while keen to communicate abundantly with other team members
Fluent in English
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Google Admin
Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills, self-initiated
Strong business acumen, analytical mind and problem solving skills
Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
Able to work 20 hours per work
Immediate availability preferred
